Information Technology Coordinator

Become our Subject Matter Expert in this varied and challenging role
Provide support for Level 1 and 2 issues

This role will provide you with an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to one of the largest social and affordable housing providers in Australia.

About the Role

Acting as the internal IT point of contact for all staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable operations of IT systems and support. As the IT Coordinator you will report to the Manager Corporate Services and will coordinate the IT business unit for Horizon Housing.

Windows and Windows 7
Watch Guard Firewalls (Desirable)
ARCSERV CA D2D Back up(Desirable)
Console Gateway (Desirable)
VM Ware (Desirable)
3CX phone system (Desirable)

Knowledge of

DHCP
DNS
Print Services
DFS Replication
Experience in a similar technical role.
Experience working within a ticket logging system/exposure to Auto Task
Experience with Windows Server 2008
Tertiary qualification in relevant field of study.
