Information Technology Coordinator

Horizon Housing is currently going through a period of significant growth with plans to more than double our property portfolio and as such we are currently looking for a motivated, approachable person to join our Corporate Services team. This role will provide you with an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to one of the largest social and affordable housing providers in Australia. 
 
About the Role
Acting as the internal IT point of contact for all staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable operations of IT systems and support.  As the IT Coordinator you will report to the Manager Corporate Services and will coordinate the IT business unit for Horizon Housing.

    • Watch Guard Firewalls (Desirable)
    • ARCSERV CA D2D Back up(Desirable)
    • Console Gateway (Desirable)
    • VM Ware (Desirable)
    • 3CX phone system (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of
    • DHCP
    • DNS
    • Print Services
    • DFS Replication
    • Experience in a similar technical role.
    • Experience working within a ticket logging system/exposure to Auto Task
    • Experience with Windows Server 2008
    • Tertiary qualification in relevant field of study.
